DESCRIPTION:Great Hyderabad Adventure Club\n\nLocation: Laknavaram lake\, M
ulug district\, Warangal Laknavaram cheruvu which is spread over an area o
f 10000 acres and stores rain water. This lake has 13 islands which are sca

The tourist department has constructed a hanging bridge connecting the 3 is
lands recently. This has turned the place into a major tourist destination
in this area. The government has a lot of ambitious plans to convert this i
nto a full scale tourist destination. Ramappa Lake was set up again durin
g Kakatiya rule\, serves the purpose of providing water to thousands of hec
tares of land around that place. Another good thing about the lake is: all
the tanks around that place have a means of moving excess waters in to Rama
ppa lake. There is a lot more to write about these two places and the other
  temples between these two. http://dilusworld.blogspot.com/2008/10/my-jour
