The Narsapur forest is 45 KM north from Hyderabad in the Medak district. spread between Gummadidala and Narsapur towns. This forest spans over 30sq km and has a mini-ghat section, thick forest, a hill, a large lake, a good number of birds, butterflies, varied flora and fauna and our ancestors (monkeys). Lately, this has become a hotspot for Telugu film shootings.

Route: start from Panjagutta - Ameerpet - Balanagar - Jeedimatla - Medak Road - Narsapur

Car pool based on no.of trekkers. ( those bringing cars will get petrol expense shared among the group)
Tentative Itinerary:
6.45 AM: Assemble at Big Cinema / Big Bazar - Gold Spot Ameerpet
7:00 AM: start for narsapur
8:00 AM: reach narsapur near Ayapa swamy temple
8:15.00 AM: briefing and introductions
08:30 AM - 1:30 PM Trek around in the jungle
01.30-2 PM: Rest for lunch - back to cars
2.00 PM: Drive to the Narsapur lake
2:30 PM: Climb Adjacent Hills to the lake side
4:00 PM: A walk and talk around the Lake
6.00 PM: Start for Hyderabad
